    • Non-refundable items include gift cards, downloadable software or digital products, and any personalized or custom-made items unless they are faulty or damaged.

    • You must initiate a refund request within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.
    • After this timeframe, we reserve the right to deny the refund request.

  3. How to Request a Refund:

    • Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant evidence, such as photographs, to support your claim.
  4. Refund Process:
